Condition Grades Explained
Every pair is inspected, cleaned and graded against the scale below before listing. The grade sits on the product page next to real photos — what you see is what arrives.
9.5/10 — Like New
Tried on indoors at most. No visible wear on sole or upper; original shape fully intact. The closest you can get to a new pair at a used price.
9/10 — Excellent
Worn a handful of times. Faint sole wear only; upper clean with no creasing beyond light flex marks.
8/10 — Good
Regular light use. Moderate sole wear and light creasing on the toe box; no stains, tears or repairs. Cleaned before listing.
7/10 — Fair
Clearly used but structurally sound. Visible creasing and sole wear, possible small marks — every flaw is photographed and listed in the description.
FAQ
Are your shoes new or used?
Our shoes are pre-owned (declared as used across the site, in search results and shopping feeds). Every pair is inspected, cleaned and graded before listing — the grade and real photos are on each product page.
Does the condition grade affect the price?
Yes — the listed price already reflects the grade. A 9.5/10 pair costs more than the same model at 8/10, so you can trade a little wear for a better deal.
What if the pair I receive doesn't match the listed grade?
If the item doesn't match its description, return shipping is on us and you get a full refund — see our 30-day returns policy.
