Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with every pair. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns, exchanges and refunds work — no fine print.
30-day return window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn (indoor try-on is fine), in the condition you received them.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp (fastest) with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll confirm the return address and next steps within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. We'll message you at every step.
Exchanges (size swaps)
Wrong size? We'll swap it for another size free of charge, subject to stock. If your size is out of stock, we'll refund you in full. Check the size guide before ordering to save a round trip.
Who pays return shipping?
If we sent the wrong item or the item does not match its description, return shipping is on us and you get a full refund. For other reasons (changed your mind, sizing), the buyer covers return shipping.
What can't be returned
Shoes worn outdoors, damaged after delivery, or returned after the 30-day window can't be accepted. When in doubt, message us first — we'll always try to find a solution.
